Plans, billing and how pricing changes as your operation grows.
Pricing is per full user, per month. A full user works across the whole system: planning, assigning and approving work, reporting and cost control. Work requesters, who report faults, record meter readings and update work in the field, are not billed on any plan.
Starter includes up to 25 assets on one site. Growth includes up to 50 assets across three sites. Business and Enterprise have no asset or site limits.
No. Starter is a free plan with no time limit. It includes one full user, the asset register, meter readings, work orders, breakdowns, job cards and work requests. Preventive maintenance and inspections are included from Growth; fuel, spare parts, cost and reporting from Business.
The additional modules are enabled on your existing account. Your data, history and documents stay exactly as they are; no migration is required. Full users can be added at any time.
Yes. Annual billing is $20 per user per month on Growth and $55 on Business, with a twelve-month term. Monthly billing is $24 and $59, with no minimum term.
Onboarding on Business is a one-time fee of $2,500. It covers importing your asset list, configuring sites, locations, roles and maintenance templates, and training for both office and field teams.
Enterprise is priced on the size of your asset base rather than on user count, with unlimited users. Contact us for a quote.
